Easiest experience ever! I was able to submit my claim from my phone on the app, and the whole process, including getting approved, took less than 10 minutes! I was so shocked and impressed with how quick and easy the whole thing was. And the money was wired to my account in less than a day. Wish all insurance was this simple.

I used lemonade insurance for my senior cat and I have had great experience so far. The user interface is easy to use, very easy to submit claims and they reimburse you straight to your account either immediately and if not only a day or so after. I've never had a pet insurance that acts that fast and you usually have to wait for a check in the mail. Highly recommend!

We filed our claims for our two dogs the same day we went to the vet; and our claims were approved within a few hours. We got our $ back for covered items in 3 days. The speed of Lemonade claim processing and reimbursement is impressive relative to our previous pet insurance co. I'm telling all of my friends (fellow dog and cat parents) about Lemonade.

I have insurance for both my cats from lemonade. The claim process is so quick and easy, I always get the money within a few business minutes. As far as pet insurances go, I haven't heard a lot of people talking about lemonade but it's so good and not overly expensive in my opinion.
