First time pet insurance buyer
I got Lemonade about a year. It was the first time I have purchased pet insurance. I’ve had to submit 2 claims in the past year. I am still absolutely shocked at how easy the process was to submit a claim. The second one was approved in 2 seconds - LITERALLY! My only regret is not getting this insurance sooner! I really love Lemonade
I really love Lemonade! The staff works so quickly to resolve any issues and concerns you may have . I had an life changing event happen to me and lost everything important to me in a fire. Lemonade wasted no time going over my policy informing me of what I’m entitled to and communicating in a timely manner. My case only took 2 to 3 weeks to resolve based on documentation needed. My family is so relieved and ready for new beginnings.

Super fast and hassle-free service! I submitted a personal liability claim for a broken induction hob through the app, and I got Lemonade's reply the next day. Lemonade was speedy in refund, pleasant on the phone/email, and clear as to amount covered. Of course I wish it covered the office visit as well, but some money is better than no money. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of coverage....it was my very first time using pet insurance and I am so glad I have it through Lemonade.

The turnover time for claims has gotten…
The turnover time for claims has gotten faster, but in the beginning it took a long time. Emails and paperwork would seem to get lost as other agents take over the cases and I had to do a lot of resubmitting. I also find it a little frustrating that I have never been able to reach an agent over the telephone to ask questions that the chat bot has difficulty answering. That being said, the company does offer some of the greatest benefits I could find!
