It's not so much the company as it is…

It's not so much the company as it is the product. I have had fewer problems with my LR3 than my LR5 Pro. I own 5 different automatic litter boxes, and a common theme is that the apps are never reliable. They fall off the Wifi quite often. The LR5 continues to have issues detecting nonexistent movement and telling me the drawer is full when it is empty. I have tried different troubleshooting suggestions from the site and fixed them temporarily, but they still continue to plague us. Excrement continues to stick to the rubbery bottom and needs to be cleaned quite often.
