Loan Depot made the process of getting a line of credit on my property very easy. Everyone I worked with was on top of the process and made it easy to navigate. I have had several loans with Loan Depot and it has always been a good experience.

I called about a heloc.I was talking to Ashytn.She said computer was taking a long time.She said she would call back.Ashtyn never did.After further investigation,my home didn't meet requirements.Vince told me this.These places show me commissions override excellent customer service.Shame on you Ashtyn.After writing this review,loan depot replied.No boby knew Ashton Lonetti,the loan officer.This place is full of blatant liars.Also they made excuses.I would stay miles away from this place

Bart was prompt, courteous, clear and professional. The opposite of what we experienced elsewhere. We did not really know what we were doing but it was clear that he did and we appreciate his guidance.

Every step of the Heloc process was horrible. I had tne worse rep from Loan Depot, Robert Cooper. He took days to respond to any messages and did absolutely nothing to "help" in the process. It took so long for me to get any assistance from him my application actually expired.

I reached out to Loan Depot and was barrage with calls about every hour. I finally picked up and told the man who was on the line I was no longer interested in pursuing a loan with them. He argued with me and was very rude and now definately not ever looking at loan depot for anything. Very bad experience.

Predatory loan company

Predatory loan company. I wish id never had used them.they borrowed me 100k on my 350k house.then after making me pay off my wife's car and 12k dollars in thier fees.,got 70k.over time paying back almost 250k.then I claimed on my insurance for tornado damage. Bought a building to replace it but they're keeping 11 thousand dollars because I didn't repair a barn on MY property. Don't use this company whatever you do.the woman on the phone was rude and bossy and should be fired for talking down to people.

Exceptional service, very professional and well educated, friendly staff. Most service companies are barely familiar with the process entracaces and just collect data to hand off to the next level, Kimberely is the next level in her ability to explain, understand and discuss all the important information required for the regular and more complex types of loans and their benefits and drawbacks. It has been a pure joy working with her, and I truely appreciate her.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Absolutely horrible at customer service. If you want to be treated like a number and not a human being, this is your company. Without going into too many details, I ran into a problem back in 2025 and corrected it quickly--but the Loan Depot Customer Disservice Team was so eager to punish me for the problem that they refused to hear me out. They all hid behind some arbitary rule designed to inconvenience me. It gained them nothing, but not one person there stopped to think "Are we treating this customer the way we should?" I spent months trying to get these people to listen to reason and finally gave up. They won. They beat me down. It was more important to them to win than to save one customer relationship.

Receiving Unsolicited Texts

I do not know this company, have never contacted them and don't need a loan. They keep texting my office landline, for which I am charged. I have called 3 times to stop them from contacting me in any way. They are a nuisance. 07/06/26 I called the number, in their reply, right after receiving it. Texts are starting again.
