I have ordered this cream 3 times and the order goes through and you do not send it to me, claiming it’s out of stock. Then why is the item showing in stock on your website consistently????? Why have you not taken it down and allowed for orders to be made

I used a discount code on my order and was charged twice, for two different amounts. Customer service has been completely unhelpful in resolving this. It appears the app glitched, but I have never experienced a system that splits a payment this way. The first charge matched the discounted total shown in my basket (after the 33% discount), and then a second charge was taken for the difference that I had supposedly saved. This is extremely concerning and feels misleading. Despite explaining this clearly, no one seems to understand or properly address the issue.

They wont ship anything on sale. Why put discount code when you cannot the ship items? This happened to me 3 times. First i bought molton brown bath salt with discount code, they didnt ship for almost 2 weeks saying there was no stock, but the product still up and selling on the website. Second time I bought caudalie serum, also they did not ship it, after a week I cancelled the order and order again same item. Guess what, still didnt ship. If there was no stock why is it still up in the website? Never again i will buy from this website
