I live chatted to request cancel my order, but your staff says too late , then I request for just waving my deliver charge ,,, however , your company let 5 different people chatted with me in just 30 minutes and asking me the same questions over and over again , without actually solving my problems, it is super annoying

They offer the best pricing for many skincare brands that I love and use, ordering is a breeze and I've never had any problems with shipping or orders.

Very effective and reliable logistics. A good selection of products. The discount promotions are sometimes confusing.

Always prompt and reliable delivery. Carrying great brands. Easy and convenient purchase process. Great surprise for the 11 Nov deal~ Sephora is running out of the Natasha Denona 's popular palette but I can get it on Lookfantastic with exciting deal. You rock!
