Recently discovered that MacDuggal has been giving over a dozen sites, my personal information. I have called them numerous times regarding other issues that were handled poorly by someone in Customer Service . I’ve emailed them numerous times to resolve the current issue. I keep getting automated responses saying that a human representative will contact me. To date, no one has contacted me. This issue is serious and dangerous. MacDuggal is literally spoon feeding and compromising so much data about their customers. Protecting customers privacy is a security issue. It’s a matter that needs addressing immediately.

The customer service department responded quickly and answered my questions. I was also happy with the quick turnaround in shipping that allowed me time to order the correct size.
I have ordered a dress it was in final sale ,the dress was not matching the colour on the website and it was big so I have to return it . They accepted my request and the customer service was helpful .
I really appreciated that I received a call. I would have given a five, but it took a little while to call, and I would have preferred to communicate that way. They were responsive in email, and once I got a call, they were very polite and helpful! I love the dress and have purchased many Mac Duggal gowns in the past. The quality is amazing!
I had ordered multiple dresses (7) so that I could try them all on and decide which one to keep as my wedding dress.
My first order was 4 dresses and unfortunately they did not work as the colours did not suit my complexion but the dresses were well made and looked just like in the website photos. Additionally, i think the size chart was a bit off or i measured incorrectly so they fit a little snug in the bust. - But this is often an issue for me when purchasing dresses.
As none of the dresses worked I returned them and received my refund in a timely manner.
Being happy with the quality and customer service I decided to order another 3 dresses. This time i ordered a size up with intention to have it altered to fit me perfectly. One of the dresses in this order was just what i had imagined. The fit was as expected and it is perfect for my fun, whimsical wedding event.
I returned the other two dresses and got my refund right away.
I will come back and post the photos once i have them!

Excellent support on a return. I in turn ordered another dress. I am awaiting its arrival. But was happy with the quick service on my return. The dress was lovely and very well made and fully lines but too fancy and heavy in person. thank you Mac Duggal!

I received a “spreadsheet-like” list of my purchases. I could not access all info on the return section of your website. Your response was very timely. I think you could improve this part of your website so customers can see purchases & returns. I had a good number of dresses to be returned since I was shopping for MOG DRESSES. I purchased 2!!!
Really didn’t help me! Said item already in return process so could not amend to exchange fir a different size (size wasn’t available during actual return) rather than a credit to my charge card! A little disappointed!!

They were beautiful, but they haven’t a bigger size in petite.
