I love this company. I encountered a damaged garment and it took about week to get a response. The problem is still being resolved. I needed the outfit for a special occasion, so I ordered another suite before the resolution began. Overall I am happy with doing business however on this occasion it has taken a bit longer to resolve this problem.

Even though your website would not accept my exchange request for a couple of days; when you did recognize my email, your response for my request became immediate and thorough. I love my dress and am thrilled to wear it to my grandson’s wedding. I will have the length shortened at least two inches but no other alterations.
