Been with them from the beginning
I purchased the first round of products but didn't receive any. They gave me magbucks to purchase their new round of products and I purchased the Founders Edition Air Pro, Database Pro and Powerbrick Pro using the magbucks and got two sets (only one Database Pro) and I am very happy with them! They arrived timely and in good condition. The packaging is very nice. I just set up the database pro with my laptop today because my new laptop doesn't have a card reader and it works wonderfully! My computer recognized it right away, the additional monitor and was able to read both mini and regular SD cards with old photos and videos on them. Nice and sturdy. I was able to charge my phone, laptop, speaker and earbuds all at one time! I am very pleased and recommend their products. I also love the Lux cables which I received first and I have several. The Lux pro is really powerful!
Magfast more like Magnificent!
I have been with MAGFAST from the beginning. I love there products. They hands down have the worlds best chargers and cables bar none. My recent order consisted of the the Air Pro and Database as well as the Power brick and Lux pro cables (2). The quality and design of the AirPro is superb, I absolutely love it. The Lux pro cables are truly amazing also they are buttery soft and work flawlessly. The power brick is a most have for everyone, as you are able to plug several things to charge at once. All the products are made to highest standards and quality. There is nothing cheap or flimsy at all. I can’t say enough about MAGFAST and their products. I just love these my cable feels. Very rich and appealing. The way its built, they will last forever. Not like the cables that fall apart. These are certainly worth the cost. I plan to buy more. One for each room.
I ordered the Clear Cut case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max
I ordered the Clear Cut case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was actually very curious to see what the difference was between this case and a very similar one that I already had from a different brand. I will say that I was a little disappointed when I found out that the case was on backorder and would take longer to be delivered. It took about a month and a half to receive the case, but the good thing was that they did provide with regular updates as far as the status. So I was happy with that. When I finally did receive the case, it looked just like the case that I already had, BUT when I put the case on my phone and try it out and felt it it actually was different. I will say that I was very pleasantly surprised that the case did not feel as thick and bolting as my other case although again it looked almost exactly the same. It was also easier to put on my phone and to remove it. The ram around the case seems to have some sort of metal pieces which you would think would add to the thickness and weight, but that is not the case. And fortunately/unfortunately I have dropped my phone with the MAGFAST case, and it held up very well and protected my phone and the screen. The buttons all lineup perfectly and the wireless charging works great. Overall, I would have to say that I am very highly satisfied with the MAGFAST case and we’re definitely consider purchasing additional products from them. I’ve only had it about one week so it’s too early to tell, but I am quite hopeful that it will remain clear and not turn yellow like my other cases have in the past.

I was skeptical at first when I saw the ad “just pay shipping!” It said. I thought that couldn’t be right so I ordered. There must have been so many orders for the case because I had COMPLETELY forgotten that I had ordered it. I even received a instagram comment if I had received the case yet. Lo and behold! It’s here! Fits my phone PERFECTLY! I’m a clutz and I have ALWAYS kept my phones covered. This case is 100 % quality. Love it and the way it charges through the case. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thanks so much!

Sheesh!!! I didn’t know I’d like the case this much! I forgot what my phone actually looked like until I got my new case. More than the case, the order update was much appreciated. And it arrived right on time as it was supposed to. As the Terminator said, “I’ll be back!”
Disappointed
1 Star I have been a MAGFAST supporter from the beginning, investing in the company twice and purchasing their products as a customer. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. To this day, I still have not received all of the products I paid for, nor have I received a refund for the items that were never shipped. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, I have been ignored. Their so-called lifetime warranty has also proven to be meaningless. I have requested a warranty replacement for my Lux cable multiple times, yet I have never received a replacement or even the courtesy of a response. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of customer service and accountability. It feels like Seymour and Kate are far more focused on livestreams and building their public image than taking care of the loyal customers and early investors who helped support this company from the start. As someone who believed in MAGFAST enough to invest twice, this has been extremely disappointing. I expected transparency, communication, and a company that stood behind its products and promises. Instead, I’ve experienced silence, unfulfilled orders, and an ignored warranty. I can no longer recommend MAGFAST based on my experience.

Huge regret, countless frustrations
My experience with Joelle’s customer service has been absolutely horrible. I pre‑ordered in 2019 and it took years to receive anything. My Extreme stopped working under warranty, and after months of emails, hoops, and runaround, all they offered was a $100 credit toward a replacement. I was then told they never even made the Gen 1 watch charger, so I’d have to pay more to move to the next generation. This has been frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time. I do not recommend spending your money with this company.
Quick delivery
I had ordered during an "advertising time" and had been watching for my product. Then I noticed that I needed to sent specifics for the clear cover and as soon as I got that in, the product was on the way and arrived quickly. I have really enjoyed using my Magfast power cords as they work well and have not failed me in over 4 years. I have the 1st generation, but they are still fast and I need more of them to replace my store-bought ones of the past that are failing.
Shipping
I know Seymour mentioned it at the end of his last reveal, but the ordering and receiving of products is horrendously exaggerated to the point that I forget what order. It is beyond acceptable. I am uncertain whether you produced them or not, but I have never received the travel charger. As you well know, life is very busy, by design, and I do not have the time to listen to all of your presentations or read all of your emails, pushing products that take months or even years to receive. That aside, I try not to be a "squeaky wheel", and constantly complain. Please do try to get better with the shipping logistics.

Great quality charging cords
I love all the colors available for the charging cords I ordered and the great quality. I think Magfast tried to grow too fast and had to stop and regroup and that's why it took so long to get my order.

The products are well made and work well. However, there are no clear instructions on how to set up the Database Pro and Air for maximum effectiveness. I would recommend these products. One of my complaints is the time it took to ship the product. Shipping is not acceptable.
