I am not sure which interaction this is in regard to. I have two tickets open and one recently closed. One was answered - 369524 I give this 5*. The second, I'm still awaiting a response. It was about the luggage. MS10023124 - 1*, due to lack of response after more than three weeks. Thirdly, is my most recent ticket in regard to the PowerBrick Pro - Ticket 371001 . The response I received from Marco was focused on the AirPro. My AirPro is not involved in this issue. 2* for now as if focus can be given to the product and issue at hand, the rating can go up. Lastly I received a shipment this week, but cannot comment yet, as I'm out of town. I will be back after the holiday and can update this at that time. I am a huge fan of the products and am an investor as well. I want the company to succeed and flourish, but the support area still needs work.

A Brilliant Product Lineup, But Let’s Keep the "Human Touch" Charging!

Magfast is hands-down the world’s number one when it comes to charging capabilities and cutting-edge technology. Their vision for the future of tech is unmatched, and I am incredibly proud to be a small investor in what they are building. As someone who strictly manages a budget, I absolutely love the Magbucks program—it makes staying on track financially a breeze while still allowing me to be a part of the journey. Overall, the innovation here is spectacular. However, there is one area where Magfast needs to supercharge its performance: Customer Service. Right now, trying to get a live human being on the phone is a major challenge. When a complex issue pops up, relying solely on automated pathways or delayed messages means problems take much longer to get resolved than they should. A premium tech company deserves a premium, human-centric support experience to match! That being said, my belief in this brand is unshakable. I am a loyal customer for life. As long as Magfast continues to deliver thriving, affordable, and revolutionary products, I will be right here supporting them every step of the way.

I started my experience with MagFast…

I started my experience with MagFast many years ago during their start up and 1st Generation release of Magnetic Chargers. I patiently waited knowing this was a startup Company and was pleased with some of their first released products. Now, a few years later, what can I say but “Wow”!!! The redevelopment of the MagFast Brand and the release of their new 2nd Generation products has been fantastic. I’ve purchased lots of the 2nd Generation products and I’m super impressed with the new direction MagFast has taken!! The products are nothing short of perfection and the packaging I see second to none!! Way to go MagFast - Looking forward to future products and releases!

The cables are awesome

The cables are awesome. The issue I have is with the shipping and delivery. I ordered many cables way before Christmas and expected delivery in time for Christmas for Christmas gifts. I just received them. There was no mention that said delayed delivery when I ordered them. I spent way to much money on these and them had to come up with other gifts.

Lux pro cables are awesome!

Lux pro cables are awesome. Charges my phone in a fraction of the time. Now, if only there was a shorter version of this awesome cable for using in my car.......

The new gorgeous Lux Pro cables! Wow..

Just received the new gorgeous Lux Pro cables … Sea Foam, Sunshine Yellow, Juicy Orange and Candy Pink! WOW! Sure.. they are just a cable ( well technically they are not!) And the colors are fabulous! Sooooo excited to be able to have stand out looking cables that are tactile and high performance! The pro is seriously beefy.. for times when you need real power… but also elegant and satisfying to hold or work with! Zero regrets making this part of our family! We exclusively now only use either Lux or Lux Pro across our household and have zero regrets!

Exceptional

This charger is seriously more than I expected. It’s solid! It’s weighed. It doesn’t come off the table when you pick up your phone. It’s beautiful, sleek and clean lines. I’m in love.

Nice case

Received a nice new sleak case for my Pixel 9pro. Looks good fits great. Will see what else they sell.

The new products are great

The new products are great. I love the weight of the AirPro. You pull off the phone without it picking up also. The Lux Pro do a great job. They feel so great and are easy to use.

Great products, slow production

I have the original Extreme Hello items, a couple of Lux cables, 5 of the Pros, a Power Brick Pro, and my favorite, the Database Pro. I am still waiting for the Air Pros, 2 cables and another Power Brick. While slow to receive products, (The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars), everything I have received is working great, appears to be of quality and I am very happy. I am not particularly worried by the long delays, I knew it could take a while when I signed up in 2020. They say patience is a virtue... BTW, the Life Extreme charger has jumped a lot of vehicles since I received it, so it is my travel charger since it is so versatile.

It arrived fast

It arrived fast. It’s nice and thin and not bulky like my other case. The only thing I’d recommend is either a built in stand of some kind or a ring that will still let you wirelessly charge your phone.

I absolutely love my phone case

I absolutely love my MAGFAST phone case! The quality is excellent, and it feels sturdy without being bulky. The magnetic connection is incredibly strong and works perfectly with my MAGFAST accessories. It protects my phone well, looks great, and makes charging and mounting so much easier. I love how well Air Pro, Database Pro and Lux Pro work together, seamless. All parts are of a solid build, especially Air Pro. Compared to the generic chargers I had, it's like comparing a spindly kid to a NFL linebacker. Just no comparison. Thank you. Make time and the pass through charger faster!

Trust magfast with your world of communication

I go back with magfast several years back with preorder, I took a gamble spending several hundred on gen 1 The technology and ideas were awesome. I waited a few years and received a few of the items when magfast made the difficult decision to stop reorganizing and retooling to improve on a great product as well adding cables, base charges all working together. I preordered and received my power brick, base charger for not one, not two but 3 phones or two phones and watch that puts others to shame. Magfast even rewards customers with credits for future products. Yes not cheapest but it’s something that lasts and you know think what you spend on your phone, you want to chance it on a cheap knock off? Magfast where quality isn’t a fad, it’s a traditional

This is a new review

This is a new review. June 27 2026. Received my new chargers and they DONT WORK! Repported the issue and I thought they would be replaced. But but then after weeks of back and forth requesrs to troubleshoot, I'm NOT getting a replacement for the defective items. Im being told that all 3 of my Samsung phones are too new and incompatible with the Magfast chargers! REALLY? I thought these were supposed to be future proof and now I have returned them for a full refund which I am still waiting for! Nothing wrong with their equipment, it's all my fault! What BS! The cables work great. The 1st generation works good enough. But 2nd generation is not compatible with the newest phones? Not sure if i will ever buy Magfast again. I wish i could get my investment money back as well! Totally DISGUSTED!

I bought the Lux charging and data…

I bought the Lux charging and data cables. They have been great. The other cables I had from other producers were hard to manage. They would knot up, they would not connect, or stay connected, correctly and usually would break at the connection point. But, the Lux cables have been just the opposite and great to use. They not only look good, but I have yet to have one knot up. They connect securely and have shown no signs of breaking. They have truly been a great product. Part of my Christmas gifting this year will be with these Lux cables. Thank you MAGFAST for creating such a great product.
