I have been wanting to get Manscaped for a while. So I finally pulled the trigger as they say. I received my package within a few days & earlier than expected. I used the bigger razor to shave my beard and it was amazing. Didn't have to go over a couple times. Cut it to the length I prefer in minutes. I truly don't know why I waited this long. Both trimmers work amazingly and with a truly comfortable shave. The boxers were a definite plus and as advertised it doesn't feel like you are wearing any! Great job Manscaped and I appreciate your company

I purchased a trimmer and there was an issue with the locking button not releasing. They were accommodating to both (1) replacing the trimmer without additional hassle and (2) giving me options since the trimmer I purchased was a limited edition. Overall they were very helpful and I appreciate how easy they made everything to fix the problem.
