Very Frustrating!!! I must've tried 15 times in the last week to set up my online account with my new policy 4729715253. Your system refuses to recognize it. I have called about 6 times, each time getting a virtual agent, then after extensive questions/answers it tells me to contact my agent!!! In the past week, have wasted maybe 2 hours of my time trying to get this resolved but I can't get through to a live agent!!!!

Ben was absolutely AMAZING! My salesman Byron noticed that insurance carrier I had just gotten had not kept with the legal max $500 deductibles and asked out of curiosity what I was paying. When I told him it was over $600 a month he recommended calling Ben. Within fifteen minutes and four questions Ben got me down to lower than $300 per month just like that! Professional,freindly, honest, super fast, compassionate, understanding, and more helpful than me spending the past 16 hours on every website I could find! I have already recommended him to three people! He’s now my go to!

Everything went well at first. The rep I worked with was available and got my coverage quoted and agreed in writing. However, after I had signed the agreements and the rep had canceled my former coverage, the price went up. This feels unfair and unethical to me. I have asked them to make it right. Hopefully they will.
