I was with my old insurance company for 49…

I was with my insurance company for 49 years, I have felt like I meant nothing to the agency the last 5 years or so. I reached out to Greg Quimby at Mapfre insurance and he was kind ,helpful and saved me several hundred dollars in both my home and auto and better coverage. Great guy that Greg Quimby. Agent took weeks to get me set up

Agent took weeks to get me set up, and took a week off without letting me know. I waited to hear back. Email let me know agent was out of the office.

Outstanding Service from Crystal — Saved Me Money and Made Switching Easy

I recently switched from Liberty Mutual to MAPFRE after realizing I was paying an outrageous amount to insure my 2009 Toyota Camry. I started shopping around and spoke with several insurance companies, but none of them came close to the level of service I received from Crystal. Crystal was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. She guided me through each step of switching my policy, making what I expected to be a stressful experience surprisingly easy. Not only did she help me find a much better rate, but her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Crystal exceeded my expectations.
