The ease of the transition to MapFre made possible by Wendy was really nice. Also, I'd reached out a few months ago for a quote for my son, who's premium, at the time, was though the roof. Wendy offered to run a quote for me as well but I was quoted a little higher at that time. My son was quoted thousands less so he switched over right away. I decided I'd stay with Progressive for now. Wendy reached out recently and offered to run another quote for me because my current policy was up for renewal. I didn't even know it was up for renewal let alone would I have thought to reach out myself for a new quote. And it's all been done via email as I sat at my desk at work making it possible for this to be as quick and easy as possible for me. So, thank you.

The agent was very nice. the fact that I was away resulting in not picking up my mail for awhile resulted in a lapse in coverage. to re instate my coverage with no claims (the weren't any anyways) was a doubling in my insurance bill. This was usurious. I think you can guess what I'll be doing
