Tried to call, then to email , then text. Moved and lost a cord so the light is useless. Every response sounded scripted and did not address my dilemma. Wanted proof of sale, when , where… all I wanted was to purchase a new cord! Finally , their last response was “ sorry we don’t have or sell replacement parts!!!

Mars Hydro Customer service is horrible, I had to deal with them for an exhaust fan that randomly turned up and down and for a tent that was plagued with light leaks. It was the most painful experience ever, they only fixed half the problem. Told me they were shipping me a new fan, when in reality all they did was send me a new controller knob, and it still didn’t fix the problem. And with the tent, they wanted me to pay for half a shell replacement and the shipping, and I flat out said no, so they asked me to make a false trust pilot review about how good their customer service is, then only shipped half of what they’d said they were for the replacement (ie. never sent the exhaust fan). Don’t even think twice, just buy AC infinity and save yourself a headache and probably money in the long run. Their customer service is incredible btw, bought two of their clip oscillating fans, they started clicking, i online messaged them and two days later two brand new fans were at my doorstep and they told me to keep the old ones that were still working just making a clicking noise. Mars hydro customer service horrible, AC infinity customer service goes above and beyond for their customers. Mars Hydro is GARBAGE 🗑️.

Bought a LED light from Mars Hydro that came with a faulty dimmer. Been waiting for the replacement for over a month and now I get a letter that I need to pay extra importtaxes if I ever want to get the new dimmer! Warranty my ass!

Unfortunately my dimmer goes broken. After my email to Mars Hydro, they sent me new dimmer THE NEXT DAY. Was very easy replacement and now my lightind working like a new :D P.S Overall i`m very pleased Mars. I get very good results on their devices.

Terrible customer service, stay far away. Back and forth emails since 9/27 trying to get a warranty replacement. They will not call to discuss or resolve issues, 1 email a day if you're lucky is all you get. Their "Engineer was sick and took leave" causing a delay, do you only have one? They offered to send me a new power connector if I paid $15 shipping but it wouldnt be here until maybe end of october as its out of stock. I see you have the light in stock, send me a new one and ill pay shipping both ways for the new one and to send the defective one back. They also replied back at 8am Friday saying they are closed for the weekend...what? I even told them I would buy another light today if they sent me a replacement for the old one as I'm in need of 2, still nothing. Well you've lost me as a customer forever and hoping this review steers people towards a company that actually gives a crap after the sale when things don't go as planned.

Order number (43865) Mars Hydro TSL2000 LED Grow Light + 120x60x180cm Complete Grow Tent Kits 1 £446.99 Mars hydro this is not acceptable! I have emailed to no avail, I WILL UPDATE THIS ONLY IF RESOLVED. BUYERS BEWARE! Edited: Mars hydro have been in touch to resolve issues, and I’m waiting on my tent it’s on route and because the fan kits out of stock, I will need to wait till end of month but I’m getting somewhere and will update this review again when my orders fulfilled.

Shocking experience they sent me a faulty light after 3 weeks of back and forth contact with the seller they decided the correct resolution was to send me a new driver as that was the issue with the light, I explained I don't know how to install a new driver I'm not an electrician and would probably invalidate my house insurance should I chose to fit this item myself, they got really nasty through email and demanded I paid the shipping costs to return the light back to them for a refund!! So here I am £10 down from shipping costs now they are saying that they've recived the item but it has to go through "company process" in order to issue refund with absolutely no indication of how long this may take! If I have to wait any longer I will take it up with my bank as fraudulent company! I used to love mars hydro now wouldn't go near them Wouldn't even use them if they paid me!
