Very easy to navigate website and place order. Order arrived quickly and was packed very well. Once set up, we couldn't believe the quality. It's amazing how they take a 2D picture and turn it into a 3D. After a few days, we realized if we looked at the back of it we could still enjoy the image. Fantastic product.

Update April 15, 2026: Hi John, we’ve reached out to you via email to help resolve this, but we haven’t heard back yet! We took a look at your order details, and the engraving information we received was: 'Piper 11/20/2000 to 2/6/2025.' Because we process orders exactly as they are submitted, we produced the item according to those notes.

There were so many options but I realized that was actually really great! I ordered 3, one single person, one dog and one couple with background. I like being able to see how my picture would look in each shape. I could then crop my picture for best fit and look. When they arrived I was so pleased with the results. Definitely buy the lighted stand.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the variety of options and that the preview feature helped you choose and crop your photos for the best fit.

Fast turnaround time and with the lighted wooden base the 3D picture looks amazing. So pleased I ordered a second one

The product was excellent. I was concerned because my photogragh file was old and a low resolution. The processed used to remove the background and 'burn' the image into the center crystal created an excellent display item.
We’re delighted to hear that you’re happy with the crystal, especially given the challenges with the original photo. It’s wonderful to know that the background removal and engraving process created an excellent display piece for you.
First of all, I was very relieved when I received my crystal in the mail, then I knew it wasn't a scam website (you can't be too careful these days). It came when they said it would be here. The quality was amazing. The detail was incredible! Im glad I opted to get the enhanced high Def option cause I got a picture of my persian cat who passed and I wanted it to look as good as possible. I would recommend this website to anyone. The price is what it is, but it was worth it to me.
We’re so glad your crystal arrived safely and that it exceeded your expectations. It means a lot to us that the HD option captured the details of your beloved Persian cat so beautifully — preserving such a special memory is exactly why we do what we do. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are honored to have created something meaningful for yo
Ordered and delivered both quality. Unique gifts. Perfect for a lifetime and beyond as it is passed for generations.
