Disappointed in quality
The website example is miles better with much better resolution than the product I received. It also has an inset margin that the website example did not have. I am very disappointed as I anticipated a wonderful keepsake. The light stand also produces stark white light that is out of place in a home setting. Overall, not going to be purchasing this again.

The image provided and what was shown on the finished crystal are not the same. When I contacted the customer service department to explain my dissatisfaction with their work, I received several emails on their creation process and the "artist's interpretation" of the photo provided. They refused to offer any correction to the crystal I received, nor did they offer any other alternatives to resolve the problem with mutual satisfaction. Bottom line is, the company DOES NOT care if the customer is happy with the product or not. Once they receive your money, you get what you get. There are other companies that take pride in their products and will work with the consumer to resolve things amicably. Shop elsewhere.

I placed an order, but I haven’t received any information about it. I was told that an email was sent to me, but I never received it. I have no way of knowing whether my order was processed correctly or whether the final product will meet my expectations because I haven’t received any updates at all. I feel that your customer service and after-sales support are not very satisfactory.

Company Improvements
The concept itself is awesome! I don’t personally have one because, I’ve ordered as gifts, so I can’t speak on the quality. However, I will comment on the ordering process. There is room for improvement there. Since this is all digitally generated, there needs to be an opportunity for the customer to view their digital design before shipment. A Q/A assessment! In addition, there needs to be an option to include a gift message so the receiver will know who it’s from without telling them ahead of time!!!

My wife was very upset when we lost our old man Neo. We provided him a good life for 18 years. He will be missed. We put her favorite picture of him in the 3D crystal and it looks awesome, Its a great way to remember your fur babies..

Family Portrait
I recently received my order of a 3D family photo in cyrstal and was very pleased with it. It met all of my expectations and more. I did not think the crystal would be so large and heavy and the 3D engraving was amazing. I also did not expect the light base to be so well designed and have muultiple functions such as dimming, numerous colors and a stobe light. Even the presentation box was classy with a black silk-like cushion and a magnetic attachment for the lid. It was a unique gift that was much appreciated and I will not hesitate to do business with Masterpics again.
