I've been a loyal Maya.net customer for years. There are many eSIM providers out there, but I've always had excellent internet connections with Maya.net on the phones of myself, my wife, and our two children.
Even when I made a mistake by activating multiple plans on the same eSIM, Maya.net resolved the issue within just a few minutes. A special thanks to Daniela G. for the quick and professional support!
I would definitely recommend Maya.net. I've used their service successfully in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Bought a europe plan to travel France and Italy in September last and had interruption and cutting off whilst in France. Had to keep switching and searching for internet while visiting was a major drawback.
Have used Maya before no problem. This time whilst visiting the US they issued an e-sim that wasn't 5G. Ran through troubleshooting and determined it wasn't my device - in fact a second SIM I had installed connected to 5G without a problem on the same network.
Maya even tried issuing a new eSIM but still the same problem, LTE only, despite them advertising it as a 5G product.
Clearly, there is an issue in their end which they either haven't detected or perhaps don't understand.
The LTE connection has been stable and at least I have a connection, but I'm disappointed it's not as advertised.

Always use maya mobile for my traveling e sims. Always supporting 24:7 around the clock unbelievable service. Never seen any other travel e sim like it. Recommend to everyone I speak to.

I had some issues with activating the esim on my phone. Hario and Novi was awesome and amazing. They patiently answered all my questions for 2 hours. I am new to using esim on my phone, they walked me through the whole process. I will be using Maya mobile every time I travel. Thank you so so much Hario and Novi.
DO NOT USE this eSIM for Vietnam, it basically never has signal and on the odd occasion it does it will be 3G, waste of money

Use Maya sim before and not an issue, however this time my wife and I got our maya sim and it has been absolute garbage, one minute you have Internet and the next minute you dont, which can be very frustrating especially when you really need it so had to go to a resturant or somewhere that has wifi, when it goes it has taken hours to come back on it has really put us off using Maya again, like today we are due to fly home got up this morning and no Internet at all, and had to hop on to the hotels Internet, and its not as if you can contact them with no internet
