I have used MemberPress for years and MemberPress Courses for 2 years. My website is complex and has a lot of custom code and functionality, all of which MemberPress has handled very well. I recently had a coding issue dealing with interconnections between multiple other software programs that I couldn’t figure out even after 2 days of work. I contacted MemberPress and Sam gave me the exact pieces I needed to get it working. I now have a fully functional private group system that automatically establishes membership roles using a coupon. It took very little time at all. I couldn’t be more pleased that I am using MemberPress and their excellent customer service.
The Memberpress support team is always extremely quick to respond to our often quite specific requests. Even if the solution sometimes isn't too straightforward the team is consistently trying to work toward a solution with us, keeping us in the loop with suggestions for workarounds until we find a permanent solution - Which we do always end up finding. We cannot recommend their customer service enough.

I have been using Memberpress since 2021 and am very satisfied. When problems have arisen, the support team has been very quick to respond and impressively competent. It is clear that they are people who really know what they are doing. The programme is not difficult, but it is a little complex. You need to be prepared to learn a few new things when you install Memberpress. There are many good videos and manuals to help you with this. And when those are not enough, support is there, of course.

Pure garbage..... stay away from this if you run a real member organization. This program is junk and is cheap for a reason. Also, anyone who gives this company 4 or 5 stars have no idea how to run an association. The developers here have no clue how a membership system should work for member based orgs. The system is still sending my members thousands of emails and they cannot stop it from happening. It is embarrassing.
I finally took the plunge to move from another membership plugin which wasn't working for me. The Memberpress support was excellent even before I joined and that has continued. Questions and problems have been owned by individual people in support so you don't have to explain everything every time. They seem to have experienced every quirky and complicated situation I've thrown at them and the solutions were already implemented. The integration with Stripe and Paypal is well documented and worked straight away. Special thanks to Sinisa in support who has been brilliant!
I have a great experience with a Memberpress and their support regarding complex task with migration and retroactive member activation process while doing a web restructure and redesign. The content transfer itself was handled well, and the team was responsive to requested adjustments. The project manager in particular balanced accountability with professionalism. He managed the pace without being pushy and was respectful of real-life circumstances on my end that affected timing. That balance made a difference. There were, however, several instances where work required redoing due to insufficient internal review before handoff. Stronger quality control would have reduced back-and-forth and improved efficiency. The most significant issue occurred at launch. While development was correctly done on a staging domain, the site initially went live without being fully configured on the primary domain with security and backups in place. A structured pre-launch checklist and meeting would help prevent this in the future. Overall, the technical capability and responsiveness were present. With tighter internal quality checks and clearer launch sequencing, the client experience would be significantly strengthened.
