Very happy with Mercury Insurance.

This is my second year with Mercury and have been very satisfied with their customer service -- they have been very responsive to any inquires. I did have to use their claim services this year and the responsiveness of my claim adjuster has been outstanding for all details of the claim. My car did need repair and I had no problem using my preferred collision center for repairs. All was handled in a timely manner. Very happy with Mercury Insurance.

Same coverage. Lower cost.

I wanted to find the same coverage I had for an auto policy at a lower cost. When talking to insurance agents I had my insurance policy in front of me, my odometer miles, driver license, and VIN. That made it easy. After getting multiple quotes, I ultimately decided upon Mercury. The Mercury agent was helpful and not time consuming.
