I placed an order and got nonstop…

I placed an order and got nonstop emails about discounts and offers making it appear their customer service would be great but no updates on shipping. I had a bad feeling and boy was I right, I reached out and they gave me a tracking update which said it was delivered and of course it never showed up at my door. I reached out to the delivery company they ship through who investigated and said it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. I've sent 2 or 3 emails in the last 4 days updating them on that it didn't show up and that it was up to them to fix and conveniently they have not responded at all and I have not gotten any more annoying emails about deals or discounts. They stole over $100 from me and never even delivered a product....avoid this company, they are the absolute unprofessional worst!

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service from Miracle Sofa! I have a large L-shaped sofa & didn’t know if the covers would fit. They really helped me to get the right fit and made sure I was happy.

I never write reviews like this but I am very disappointed!! Not even quality merchandise but I decided that I would do for the time until I found something else. I put it on my couch and it did not fit so I took it off and immediately email customer care and told them it did fit and I was not happy with the quality, and would like to return it. I was then asked to put it back on the couch and send them pictures, which I did and pointed out to them how it did not fit, and stressed again that I was not happy with the quality. 24 hours later I still had not received a reply, so I followed and was told once again to put back on the couch and a different picture. It's going to Goodwill.

I ordered 6 pcs of the chair cover but…

I ordered 6 pcs of the chair cover but unfortunately, one was damaged with some holes. Immediately emailed Miracle Sofa's customer service and had my cover replaced right away. Would also love to note that my chair covers are beautiful and just as what I expected.

Awesome service

I was assisted by one of the most pleasant and helpful people I have ever dealt with. I had a number of questions regarding a slip cover for my sectional and Bryan was very courteous and prompt in answering them. I was very pleased.

Should re-evaluate their company values..

Added 2 of the 3 seaters covers in grey to my cart it some how got changed to wine red. Took 4-5 weeks to arrive as soon as it arrived I opened the package I noticed it was the wrong colour and attempted to reach out to customer service to start the return process. Jayda was extremely difficult to deal with and not helpful with coming up with a resolution with me. She states that I am unable to return an unopened parcel due to the environmental footprint of shipping returns is unnecessary and goes against their company values. Apparently customer satisfaction is not part of their company values! Don’t waste your time, just purchased the exact same ones for half the price on Amazon with next day shipping!

amazing customer service

the ordering process was pretty simple, i have a huge 4 piece sectional that i though i measured and ordered for correctly but apparently i didnt as all but one piece was too small and fits like bubbles on my couch, i emailed them and John was amazing and helped me get through the process of remeasuring and submitting for some replacement pieces and they were more than fair with invoicing me for the difference in cost for the larger covers, CS is top notch and i would definitely purchase from them again.

I can't express how unsatisfied I am with the product. If you want to waist your money then buy sofa cover from Miraclessofa. cheap fabric, faded colors and not soft at all as claims. Above all they never fit the way the company claims. looks very cheap. what a waist of dollars

Didn't Deliver

I put in an order, which was promptly charged and I received a shipping notice. After this, I was told that my preferred pattern was out of stock (despite the shipping confirmation). Subsequent dealings with customer service were ridiculous, with several responses taking a week or more. When I chose another cover (a far less preferred one), they had the audacity to ask me for more money for it. In the end I had to put a chargeback on my credit card (though it remains to be seen if I'll ever see that money again) with no product. DO NOT trust this company. UPDATE: I responded to the company as they requested below. Nothing changed.

I’m so pleased with my new sofa covers

I’m so pleased with my new sofa covers! They have completely transformed my living room let alone the sofas. I purchased one 4-seater cover and two 1-seater covers for the accompanying chairs. They all fit perfectly. I was impressed with the foam rollers that come with the covers to help fit them. I was also impressed with the customer service from Miracle Sofa. The 4-seater cover turned up on its own but said that the order was complete which concerned me. As soon as I contacted Miracle Sofa customer services they got back to me right away, tracked down my other parcel and it arrived within the next couple of days. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I ordered from this company for the first time from searching on Google for some good couch covers for my new couch. I made a huge mistake ordering the wrong size and there customer service was incredable! They were so fast to reply to my email asking about changing my order and they were so kind and understanding! I will deffinently be ordering from then again!

The customer service has been excellent! I received my new sofa cover this week and it looks great and has brightened up my living room. Th fabric is soft and comfortable but is a bit thin. The only downside was it was made in China. I read that the company was in Singapore but could never find out on the site where the product was made until received it and read the label. I try to refrain from buying items made in China.

Adequate but not great for overstuffed furniture

I received my sofa covers approximately 4 weeks after ordering them. This was in line with the email they sent out regarding the delivery. The important thing to remember is that they count business days M-F not the weekends. It was critical to pay attention to measurements. I ordered one size larger than what they considered normal- a four seat cover for a three seat sofa. The issue comes in that my sofas are overstuffed, so even though we ordered a size larger based on measurements, the covers do not fit my sofas adequately. They look sloppy overall since the proportions don't line up and it is obvious that there is a cover on them. As I purchased them to place over mattress protectors (I have an incontinent cat) they are staying in place. The other issue I had was that the ottoman covers do not come in the same shades or material as the sofa covers, so that piece of furniture no longer matches the rest of the set. I also replaced the flimsy foam material tuckers (that came crushed and twisted) with dowel rods for a more secure hold.

Don’t Waste Your Money

*update My original review was 2 stars but given Miracle Sofas customer service solution for selling inferior quality sofa coverings is to sell me additional sofa coverings at 50% off, I’ve amended my review accordingly. And no, the rips were not caused by pets. The rips are concentrated on the back of the sofa and the bottom part of the front, two areas that my dog would not be able to reach. These covers don’t fit very well. If that wasn’t bad enough, they definitely don’t last for what they cost. I purchased 3 covers for a sectional. I washed them once prior to use with no issue. The second time I washed them (approx 4 months after purchase) and 1 of the 3 had 4 different patches of holes appear after it came out of the dryer (was washed per directions provided). I contacted customer service and was told they’d happily sell me another to replace the one that disintegrated for 50 percent off. I’ll take a pass and I suggest you do so as well.

Cheapest looking product ever. Reminds of a dorm room item. Over priced and should be able to make returns.

A cheap product that I regret.

The size is smaller than previously stated. There is no back tag, no instructions, and the material feels cheap. I feel ripped off.

Love these covers

Love these covers. We bought them to dog-proof our new sofa. Works like a charm. Installs in a minute and stays where you put it. Looks great. Worth every penny of the very reasonable price.
