MissHosting is a good hosting company
Uppdate: They called me and they were super nice, fixed all the problems I had even when I couldn't fix it before. They also reward me with some free months, so that's also incredibly good. I give them 5 stars now. I leave the old message here so in case someone comes here to complain and see my comment and feel represented, just want to tell you to call once again and try to fix it, they do it fast and nicely. ----------------- MissHosting is not the best webpage, the irony ah? It is giving me a lot of technical problems to pay and they they cancel my service after 10 years being a client just because the "Pay now" lead me to a 404 error page... Also, in general the service is not the best, they are expensive and sometimes hard to fix problems. But Victor was an awesome agent, he helped me a lot and very fast and nicely. If this was an internal page just to evaluate Victor I would give him 5 stars but is trustpilot and I don't want to give that good rating to Misshosting just because one worker was super efficient and nice.

Top notch support
I have always gotten good and fast support by the support team, which is where this company shines. this time however, they have added some AI chatbot to the support chat which was just crap and suggested invalid solutions after i already gave the solution in the chat. However, eventually I got to a real person, Mayur, which solved the issue in a few minutes. The support team is worth 5 stars, but the crappy chatbot brings it down to 4.
Just bought a domain without any web…
Just bought a domain without any web hosting package. Their page about domains clearly states "Change your Name Server or DNS for each domain name you buy from Miss Hosting, it's included for free!", however, for that you need a separate package...well, not that important, I can use another nameserver! Even though there are the fields where I could change that, it doesn't work (just keeps their default nameservers). I ended up chatting with support, and there Hermant gave me great help and was able to set my desired nameservers...so everything solved now!

Be aware the package content, good service from support today
The move to Miss hosting was not the most easy one, and one should be aware that the Mini package does not contains SSL (no https). This is a clear baiting offer for most users. Anyways I got help from the support Silvia after purchasing the larger package and now it seems to work. I recommend to contact the support before purchasing any services and get clear of what you need.

The support is great! They answer the email mostly the same day. The girl helping us named Josefina added the necessary records just within a couple of hours. We are very happy with the overall customer service.

To be honest I think misshosting can be a bit hard to navigate. Especially with the mail. But the customer service are supergood and fast too assist you. Silvia helped me. She was awesome! Solved my problem in an instant!
