This is the biggest waste of money and some how they got corporations to buy it to it! I was told if I buy one it will help save me on health insurance but it's garbage no that's not true it's worth then garbage because I had to pay for it

Terrible onboarding experience. Was able to purchase a plan but then couldn’t create an account. I’m definitely done trying to jump through all the silly hoops with activations codes and monthly subscriptions.

Haven't received it yet but was asked to review it as soon as I purchased it. Ordering was easy, thats all I know so far.
Quick but tons of emails immediately
Everything was super quick, from order confirmation to shipping to welcome emails. I will say the volume of the emails can be a bit overwhelming, I received 5 emails in the first few hours after ordering. I wish it would be condensed into one or have a delay of a few days before they’re sent so it’s not all at once.

Frustrating experience
After buying it on Amazon, you apparently need a code from them in email. I emailed them asking for and never got a response. I can't find a phone number for. I even bought through their website and days later have yet to receive a code. I didn't know what more I can do to actually use their product!
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I’ve had the product and a subscription for a year and have reached out to get help multiple times and have never heard back. Now I don’t want to keep up the subscription and can’t use the product anymore, even as a scale with numbers.
