Their contractors took a poop in one of our newly installed toilets that has no water in the bowl upstairs and they took a pee in our newly installed toilet downstairs with no water in the bowl. We just bought this home, just installed the toilets and in the middle of redoing our showers so water was off. We live in the woods, could have peed outside and we are .4 miles away from TWO gas stations! They used our toilets, neglected to tell me, left it. Once I realized, I called they denied and said it was our painters. My painter is my father and surely didn’t. They lied, accused and refuse to speak to us! Don’t ever, ever, ever use this unprofessional company!
National floors direct did a great installation and sold me on the sale, but honestly the floors were suppose to be some what scratch proof my kids play with toys toddlers and you see marks on floor also my whole house has gaps in the middle of rooms probably worst decision I made almost two years later now I have to install a new floor after spending 10 thousand dollars on the junk that was put in thank you floor direct and I’m extremely mad because cause I didn’t complain about price and trusted in you guys

The crew arrived on time, ripped up and removed the old carpet. cleaned the floor and installed a new carpet. Their work was excellent and I would recommend them to others.

It was a pleasure working with national Floors Direct. Customer service was patient welcoming and listen to what my needs were assigned me a representative according to flooring needs. The representative was on time friendly and knowledgeable. Working within my budget was a plus. The staff that came to install the floors were on time polite and very clean and organized. I had two bedrooms done and a foyer and it was all within one day. They not only took the larger Furniture items out of the room they also put them back. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct for anyone looking for new flooring for their home. The floors look amazing, the Price was within budget and the staff we easy to work with.

The entire experience was awful. It took a lot longer than they said it would and the team consisted of one man. Customer service has been of no help. The quality of the flooring and the quality of the work is so bad and when I contacted customer service to resolve was told I would have to pay to have it fixed. Would not recommend this co.
You do not stand behind your product. It has been less than six months since we had our install and we had someone come out and look at it. They said a lot of it neeeds to be ripped up and redone and you want me to pay for that. That is ridiculous. If you stood behind your product and your sale pitch you would have fixed the problem without hesitation and been apologetic
I don’t appreciate being called a liar and it has not been that long. Also if you backed your product you would resolve the issue. Nothing I did caused the issues that we had with our flooring I could see if we caused the issue we would have to pay to fix/replace it but that is not the case. Which stands you do not back your product. So what you are saying is g the floor will last less than a year and that’s ok with the co?

Unfortunately, the reviewer's statements are not true. This order was installed more than 18 months ago. The customer did not contact the company until 15 months after the completion of the installation, long after a reasonable time frame to express installation-related issues had expired.
National Floors Direct remains committed to fulfilling its post-installation obligations to every customer.

Received my email confirmation for my scheduled delivery for carpet installation (7:30am - 12noon), no one ever showed after more than several calls to both the company and the salesperson, it is now after 12noon someone finally calls me back to say the installer called out today
I guess they only have 1 installer in their very large company

While we certainly have more than one installer, unexpected callouts can occasionally impact a scheduled route. That said, the bigger issue here was our failure to proactively keep you informed, and we understand how disappointing that was.

Should’ve known better than to go with this company, the salesman was a used car salesman! He gave information that he then had to call and check up on and it turned out many times that he had wrong information or inaccurate information. He did anything to make a sale, which is fine except for when it came to the actual installation date. Only half of the installation team arrived, as after calling to find out where the rest of the team was, one of the installers was out sick, leaving me in a lurch. Nothing would be done for me except for waiting for the next business day in hopes that he would be available to come and finish my flooring, despite the salesperson promising, it would take less than one entire day. After chasing people around this experience has been God awful. I do not recommend this company at all. They are used car salesman, with a shotty product and even shorter employees both service installation and salesman. Save yourself the heartache and aggravation and avoid this place!
