My new floors throughout the first floor of my house
My salesman was great and very patient with me. I changed my mind a couple times with what kind of flooring I wanted. He never showed or acted like he was fed up with me, lol. I also had to change my installation date and the office was very understanding and tried to accommodate me the best they could. The installers seemed very experienced. They walked in and explained how the layout of the floor should go, what they will do to lay it out, how long it should take. They never even took a lunch break.

National Floors Direct - Save $$$!
We contacted National Floors Direct after getting a quote from another major outlet for installation of carpets in two rooms. Their representative scheduled a visit for the site survey. They showed up at the exact time scheduled and spent an hour explaining their product and the superior warranty. They measured the rooms and, true to their word, and presented us with a quote that was 15% lower than our original estimate. The installer arrived on time…installed our carpets…invited me to inspect the work and cleaned up the area before leaving. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
