George was extremely helpful and made a very realistic negotiation on the price, which we truly appreciated. The installation scheduling process was hassle-free and very easy to coordinate. The installer who worked on our living room and kitchen was very efficient, hardworking, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving our house. The only downside was that he was working alone, so the job took until around 9 PM to finish. Aside from that, we are very happy with how the floors turned out.
