When I first saw the ad on TV

When I first saw the ad on TV, I was very skepital about it, since I had past experiences with other VA organizations. When I finally took the first step and called the number I woke up to the possibility that I could become a homeowner. Now that I am in my own home, my dream has been fulfilled. Thanks to the great people who helped me starting with Cole Byassee who led me through the whole process, never not answering my calls and/or texts. He was right on. then my realtor Jill Cone who, just like Cole was there for me every step of the way. I want to give a shout out to the Admiral and all who were involved with giving me my dream come true. Thanks to all of you. Great job. Most everything was paid by VA loan. Hardly anything out of my pocket. Exellent service from all those behind the scenes that I never met From the bottom of my heart, I thank all who mede this possible for me. I love my new home. God bless America and all my veteran comrads.

Couldn’t have been more smooth James was very professional courteous timely and I couldn’t advance more from him. He was patient when I was unable to acquire the proper documents as soon as I would’ve liked to since I’ve been ill but James allowed for this and understood and we made it happen so my gratitude is James and new day and this is not my first experience with new day. Shawn was very helpful in every way

Shawn was very helpful in every way. The only problem is we paid off one credit card, and no one will cash the check. We have to have a made out to us. I called many timeno answer. It woul be nice to talk to some one else. Shawn might be on vacation, it would be nice to talk to some one to resolve this problem Thank you James MacLelland
