As the MSP for many companies I have worked with many vendors and can say Nextiva is the way to go. Mario and George were so helpful in explaining the entire process. The onboard process was very methodical and planned to avoid any issues and my customer is very happy.

To be able to call support and speak to a live person fairly easily is hard to find these days in anything but they figured that out and made it a focus of their service!

People make the difference

I have to tell you my sales person was very friendly to sign me up but once I paid the invoice it was only emails ignoring my frustration with the onboarding process, its almost like he had an AI answering and just couldn't understand I needed help desperately. I felt I had made a big mistake moving to Nextiva BUT Alina a call scheduled by Cash another sales rep who answered my call when Joshua Jimenes, my sales rep no longer cared because i was already signed up. Cash and Alina They restored that confidence she was attentive, took care of everything and didn't quit until it was all taken care of. now to wait for the porting process to complete and start using the system THANK YOU ALINA and Cash you made a difference. I hope I never have to talk to my sales rep he seemed kind before I signed up and promised the world until I paid.

Solid phone service for my business needs

We’ve had a good experience with Nextiva for our business phone system. Setup was fairly simple, call quality has been reliable, and the mobile app has been helpful when working away from the office. Customer support can sometimes have a wait, but overall they’ve been helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it’s been a dependable service for our business needs.
