could not have been easier with great rates . friendly people that followed up fast. Amanda Rogers was great to work with. Often times when looking for financing it can be a confusing process. On Deck was simple and no pressure. Plus their online portal is easy to use and always keeps me in the driver's seat.

I had a great experience with OnDeck. The Senior loan Adviser I worked with was Ryan Grace. I happen to finish my application while I was at the beach on vacation and he was very available with phone call times and thorough explanations and guidance. This was my first time applying for a business loan outside of my bank, so I definitely had a lot of questions and I needed guidance. It is also very comforting that it is so easy to talk to someone when applying for a loan organization I don’t have a long-standing relationship with and it’s mostly functions online. Which of course makes it also very convenient and fast. Great job for the OnDeck company-team to have such a great set up and processes!

Cade Miller was extremely helpful compared with other private lender representatives with whom I have dealt in the past. The experience reversed my opinion of ondeck and other private lenders. I really appreciate the customer service he provided along the way, his interest in our business, our cash flow cycle, and revenue source. I really appreciate not being rushed through a transaction, Also, the product he recommended (LOC) is a better fit for our annual membership dues business than the traditional fixed term loans with a high origination fee that we've been offered in the past. Cade did a great job, and it is my first time in 15 years having an experience with a private lender so positive that I would be open to recommending a private lender, in this case, OnDeck..
