Love, love my knee sleeve and compression socks! I have osteoarthritis and the support this product provides is outstanding. I ordered the knee sleeve in two sizes (XL and 2XL) based on measurements of each of my legs. The 2XL went on easily, and I could feel slight compression - all good, right? But as soon as I stood up and took a couple of steps, the sleeve started to slip down. By the time I got into the next room, it was below my knee. Nothing kept it up. So I thought maybe it was just the wrong size (the measurement fell kind of mid). Tried the XL. Must snugger, and I slept with it. Felt ok although it left indents in my calf, so maybe a touch small. Well, as soon as I got up, the sleeve started to roll down. Tried to do a little exercise (stationary bike) and it slid down and bunched behind the knee, making it impossible to continue.
I have knee surgery planned and will hang onto this for sleeping while recovering, but very disappointed I can't use this except for sleeping.

First, I accidentally ordered the wrong size and Tiffany was able to help me get the right size. She was very courteous, fixed it right away and I received my intended size.
Unfortunately, my legs are just not shaped for this sleeve to work. It rolled down within minutes, and after trying the ideas Tiffany gave me, it was just not working. My thighs are not shaped smoothly and I believe that caused the issue.
Regardless, Tiffany offered wonderful customer support, and made sure I got a refund on the product. Told me to keep it in case I know anybody who could use it, so I will definitely do so!
As far as the material, it was super comfortable when I was able to slip it on. The fabric was gentle, and I highly recommend!

When I placed my order for these knee sleeves I didn't take into account that my thigh was also recovering from my total knee replacement and the muscles were coming back daily with PT. I had ordered large, but they were too tight on my thigh. I contacted OneCompress Customer Service Dept and explained my issue. Tiffany was very understanding and quickly took care of me. She had a pair of XL sent to me with no hesitation. This company has the BEST Customer service that I've experienced in a long time. As for the product, it has helped my sleeping intensely. I was waking up several times a night in pain and was waking up with a swollen knee and calve. I can now sleep through the night without pain and wake up with no swelling. Great product.

I have heavy legs. Knowing this I ordered socks accordingly. The foot portion is way too big. The leg portion leaves a very painful mark below my knees. Not the product for me.

My experience was fine; good customer service! But the product is over-priced, not breathable, and actually rubbed my skin raw (leaving open wounds), which no other compression arm sleeves have ever done. Please buy something else like copper compression. Do not be woo'ed by the appeal of bamboo.

I ordered a leg compress from One Compress after I broke my femur. The compress is very comfortable and is giving me the support I need for walks. Also, I bruised a ligament in my knee recently and ordered a large size One Compress for it. It was too big for My knee. I contacted One Compress and they were so kind and really stand behind their products. They volunteered to send me a size medium free of charge! They were true to their word. The medium fits very well and I am on my way to healing. They are truly a great company from their great products and their great service.

The knee sleeves I originally ordered were too tight so in contacting Onecompress they were quick to replace them with a larger size without questions. When the new ones arrived I wrote to see where I should return the originally sleeves but was told to keep them and donate them to someone else. I am able to give them a friend who wouldn't be able to purchase them on their own.
