I already had two bamboo knee sleeves from One Compress in gray. I love them! I wear one on each knee at night. Soft and supportive as I sleep. I purchased off Amazon. Unfortunately, they only had gray or black. I really wanted the red so I called One Compress directly. I spoke to Theodore and explained that I really needed them quickly. Theodore was very patient, kind and helpful. He said he would talk to the warehouse and see what he could do for me. One Compress now has a permanent customer. I recommend the product and the company!

Customer service always responds. They have been great and honored any problems like fraying or size to large or small. I find the sleeves very comfortable even on very not days. I do worry about the material stretching out. I try to wash them in cold water and only dry on the line. I found on the foot sleeve where the heel is located, there is too much stretch already.

I had knee replacement surgery on July 16th, and it has been a journey. I was unable to walk with any support, even on my walker, and once I put on the brace, it gave me the additional support needed. Before the brace, I could not even sleep. It gave me the circulation in my knee so that I could go to sleep. I even recommended it to my co-worker for her son, who is an athlete and needs support for his ankle, and her mother, who needs it for both her legs. It has been a Godsend.
I purchased two knee braces in size 2XL. I ordered both of them because of the swelling in my knee due to my recent total knee replacement. I needed to
return one of them due to my knee actually shrinking back to its normal size, and now the 2XL is too big for me. Mariz, in customer service, was simply GREAT!!! She worked with me fast and effectively, and I received the corrected smaller size with no issues. This is a great product with great support, and I would recommend it to anyone with any kind of orthopedic problems.

I love my new Onecompress socks. I chose the footless ones as I suffer from neuropathy on the bottom of my feet mostly at night. I've tried others with absolutely no relief but am happy to say that after only using them for 4 nights I am actually getting relief and able to sleep much better. The only downside is that they are a little pricey and have only bought one pair.

In the last 30 days I have made two purchases. I have learned I have arthritis in my knee along with swelling. Taking the holistic approach, I came across Onecompress and bought the knee sleeve and just love the results. I wear it at night and find that in the morning my leg is not stiff. I purchased my 2nd product, the gloves as I have arthritis in my hands, extreme soreness in my thumb joint and just stiff hands in the morning. I was skeptical about buying these knee sleeves because they did not look like they would have any compression for the swelling, they do and makes my knees feel so much better. I would highly recommend anyone having swelling or pain to order one it is worth the money .

Shipping was very fast on my order, and since I was not sure exactly which size to order I ordered both a medium and a large. The medium was the perfect size, and I didn’t even open the large one. Kurt, one of the companies owners, reached out to me by email shortly after my order arrived. I responded and asked how I could go about exchanging the large size for a medium size.
