the shipping to Canada is hard to manage some of our orders go back to sender. Also there is a very long lead time on product at this time.

David, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We do our best to mitigate customs complications, but we're sorry to hear that you've experienced difficulties with products shipping to Canada. We'll be investigating your orders to determine if there is more we can do to prevent this in the future. Unfortunately, current lead times on products are a challenge across the electronics industry. We're doing our best to minimize the impact to customers and appreciate your patience.

Know the Meaning of "Order Being Reviewed" and Manage to It

Previous orders went flawlessly with great sales help. Those orders get 5 stars. OnLogic put my last order into "Order Being Reviewed" status for many days with no explanation of what this means or why. I had to call OnLogic sales several times to get a better understanding why the order is stalled for some kind of mysterious review process. It turns out the order was on hold because of a Wi-Fi card availability issue that had no simple swap out option. While I get there are parts shortages due to the pandemic's effect on supply chains and manufacturing, had I known the root cause of the "review process" sooner, I could have made a decision to go without the Wi-Fi card sooner and saved myself from having the additional cost of shipping second day air to make up for the lost days from "Order Being Reviewed". If you have a time sensitive order and if your order goes into this status, my advice is to call sales or customer service several times a day to get good information on what to do to get your order moved into production. Don't wait for OnLogic to be proactive in providing information to you.

Gary, thank you for taking the time to provide this review. We're working hard to minimize customer impact due to global supply chain constraints, but we apologize for not connecting with you sooner about your order. We're reviewing our records to determine if there's more we could have done to communicate better and will adjust our process accordingly. Thank you for your ongoing business and we look forward to exceeding your expectations in the future.

Great products. Exceptional customer service

I was well aware of supply chain issues especially with certain electronics components due to Covid 19. OnLogic wrote me shortly my having placed the order to communicate the ETA as best they could and then again when the parts arrived to confirm the estimated production date which was exactly in line with their estimate. Transparency is a dying trait but not with these folks. Received the build a couple of days after it went into production. Had to open a ticket with tech support. I was unfamiliar with this particular Make of MoBo/BIOS. Tech support got back to me within a couple of business hours. Easy fix and clear directions with screen captures to point me in the right direction.

Purchased 3 computers and had problems on all

Repeat customer but haven't bought a computer in a year or two. Just purchased 3 computers. Had to change the configuration because of long lead times, (cancel first order and re-order) but that was OK. Received the computers in a couple of weeks. Bought the new system with Terminal Block power connection. It required a special 19 VDC power supply (instead of common 24 VDC), which is hard to find. One computer was DOA. The other two were ghosted with windows setup on W:\ drive. Reinstalled Windows in order to install FactoryTalkView correctly. Discussed with tech and sales about the time we wasted fixing the setup. We sent the two computers back to get the DOA problem fixed and have OnLogic fix the Windows problem. Had to raise hell to get a quick turnabout. DOA problem was fixed. They didn't do anything about the Windows issue. My tech spent 2 days dealing with their poor configuration issues (which they acknowledge was a problem and said they fixed their system on two separate occasions). All of their support and customer service reps have been unwilling to do very much to fix their issues. I like their products and want to buy American, but the extra time required to fix their installation issues can't be adsorbed by my customers. I can buy two cheap systems from Amazon (one for customer spare) for the same price and they don't have the same software issues. I don't understand their employee's lack of concern about problems they can fix. Would think twice before buying again. Same recommendation to my customers that need Industrial Computers. Use Allen-Bradley (Excellent Support!) or go really cheap with spare.

David, thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We're sorry to hear that the efforts of our team to address these issues did not meet your expectations. We've reached out to connect with you directly to get more information and see what we might do at this point to regain your trust.

Well Organized and Professional

Extremely well organized and professional delivery of systems, with excellent support as needed after the sale. The option of developing custom SKU products, with predictable hardware and pre-loaded images streamlines is another plus, in addition to their standard offerings.
