I subscribed to the 4,000-credit plan to produce a music video. I provided the platform with the full scope of the project up front. At no point during that setup did OpenArt disclose the credit cost of the production I was building. I moved through the workflow in good faith, only to run out of credits before the project was finished — with no way to complete what I had already invested in. For a paid subscription service, this is a basic transparency failure. Estimated credit costs should be surfaced clearly before a user commits to a multi-step generation, especially for video projects where credits burn fast. I've raised this directly with support. Posting here so other creators know what to expect before they subscribe.

The creativeness allowed is great. The support response when I had issues with some of my images not working. They gave me great tips. I would like to be able to create more mature themes, not sexualy explicit. Just seductive partial nudity, some blood, not gore fest,

I just feel like the credits that are not generating results based on what you prompt is frustrating especially when creating a music video. Or even using director mode. It sometimes gets a little frustrating

OpenArt Ai is well equipped platform...I have used the site for about a year and they keep expanding tools. I dont have much negative to say, the only thing i would love was a cheaper low res images for the storyboard when you make full scale videos to make sure you have the images you need for the story you are building , besides that its top notch.

I am grateful that you guys exist, I chose you because of the great results I have had using your service, I have a kids channel named Mundo Truki in YouTube. I would love for you guys to see it as a successful way to apply the tools of the "previous version of the app" because I must say, the new one is terrible, sorry. I feel it has been nerfed and I must say, as much as I love OpenArt. I would run away to another service if you guys eliminate the previous version. That being said, you have done a great job so far I have witnessed your evolution and so far I love it.

Great customer support. They refunded a mistake I made in ordering an annual subscription instead of a monthly.
The experience was awesome at first
The experience was awesome at first. The system created cinematic videos that really complimented my screenplay. I used the system for a few days then trouble hit. The system kept regenerating my prompt over and over again. Keep in mind that every time the system regenerates, my credits are being consumed. This occurred until my credits hit rock bottom. Yep...zero. Ahh...so I contact the support team and they respond in 24 hours as promised, but the message was...off. I was told they would look into my grievance, yet; also included that if I didn't hear back then reach out again (that stung). Translates into, "We didn't take you seriously the first time you reached out." - Needless to say, I found some other capable alternatives that have given me a better experience thus far so not all is lost. But...dang that was disappointing.
