The customer service was what should be expected. I was kept informed on progress and shipping info. It took 10 days to receive the knife. I feel that was an acceptable time for delivery. The knife feels good in my hand. A very sharp edge makes using it very nice. I would recommend it to everyone. Order process was easy, and i was kept informed on the shipping progress all the way. This Matsato knife is a great tool in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

My go to knife in the kitchen. Performs perfectly. Love it. In fact, I’m camping right now and don’t usually bring my good knives. This knife, it was a no brainer. It came with me. I DO recommend buying the sheath for it if you are going to use it with any frequency. I didn’t at first. But I have one now.
