Quality and Delivery
We received the small white 3d one, the plastic insert lock and the pee cup. The small has ample room and holds things securely, we suggest an elastic waist strap to hold every thing close, however the head must point forward or you will squirt every where. The plastic lock works great. The pee cup is a must if you want to stand while doing so.

True Customer Service
My order arrived after several days. When opened, realized that item had several flaws. So I emailed customer support to explain the issue and to my surprise they responded back very quickly. Unusual in today’s world. They were polite and understanding. They asked if I would be willing to give them more specific information on issue, I let them know that I was not looking for a refund and that my additional information was solely to help the means to provide and improved product and consumer experience. Again, I was surprised that I was offered and gaciously accepted a full refund as a store credit. All in all a very positive experience. I will most certainly purchase again.
