Oxy Shop

Excellent products!

Good overall

Good overall, but the shipping takes a long time. I paid for faster delivery and it still took 3 weeks. However they did refund me the shipping charge, so they took good care of me.

Love the product hate the delivery I…

Finding and purchasing the product I wanted was a piece of cake….. I give the motor bike chain link penis rings I bought 5 STARS⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, my only issue is the fact it took almost a month for them to arrive.

I had a great experience with Oxy-Shop and their customer service team. My product arrived today in perfect condition, and the entire process from start to finish was handled professionally and efficiently. The support team responded very quickly, provided detailed assistance, and made everything smooth and stress free. I am also very impressed with the quality of their products. The shop itself is very well organized, clearly structured, and easy to navigate, which made finding the right products simple and convenient. It is rare to find customer service that is this dedicated, reliable, and customer focused. Their communication was clear, friendly, and highly professional throughout the whole experience. I truly appreciate the effort the team puts into helping customers. Because of this excellent experience, I can confidently recommend Oxy-Shop to others. Thank you again for the outstanding support.

Always great service and navigation of the site is always great. Selection of products is amazing and they provide tools to get the right product. Fan photos are a big help so you know what a product looks like in real life vs on a perfect model.

Trifecta - Quality, Selection & Price

I’m particular about my toys, especially when it comes to quality. Oxy delivered on quality and selection at reasonable prices. The only downside is that I live in the USA, so shipping took longer than I’m used to, but that’s not Oxy’s fault.

I highly reccomend purchasing a Rainbow Steel Guardian!

I highly reccomend purchasing a chastity cage with Oxy shop if your going to get one, the customer service is 2nd to none! Communication was excellent as was the price and the rainbow steel guardian I purchased is the best looking cage I've seen as well as being totally comfortable for long term wear.

Massive inventory of items!

Huge assortment of toys and fetish items. Very easy to find and order items. Ability to track the progress of my order.

Decent price for quality sound and shipping, and didn't take long to receive.

An issue turned into a lifelong customer

I ordered a steel Guardian cage and love it. There was one issue. The ring was just a bit too small (my fault for ordering the wrong one). I followed up and ordered a larger ring separately. Here came the issue. The 'prongs' on the cage didn't fit the larger ring. I contacted the company and advised them of the issue and initially they offered a replacement ring, which I was skeptical on. To my surprise and delight, they decided to replace the entire cage WITH the larger ring. Wow. THAT'S customer service and making sure to do right for your customer. I am impressed by that level of commitment to customer satisfaction, and I'm happy to say that I'll be a customer for life.

Great customer service

Absolutely wonderful customer experience. They addressed my concerns in previous tickets and this time when a device broke they helped make me whole. The code to their store also has no expiration date, which means I can use it without pressure. 5 stars, 6 if possible

Fast delivery and great items to buy

Fast delivery and great items to buy, I am always satisfied.
