Great recovery from an “own goal”
Only negative was I paid for expedited shipping and the order took (roughly) three weeks to arrive. So it’s best for you to reassess your representation or presentation of “expedited” to customers imho. Having said that, you immediately offered a store credit in the expedited shipping amount, and that restored my very positive impression of Oxy. 👍

I had an amazing experience showing at Oxy-Shop. It is my first time shopping for adult toys and tools, I was nervous and scared, but contacting them helped and assured me of the privacy and discrete packing, helped me get it delivered to a Post Office Pickup. They answer every question I had, very amazing people! And the product is amazing, I likely to shop for more products from them! Good work!
Products are made in China exacly as any other sell it in aliexpress
I don't know yet how it is the quality. But I can say to avoid select the express delivery(3-7 days) because you pay more and seems that take exacly the same time or more time than the normal (2-5 days to be sent)delivery. Also their chatbot says that they have warehouse in France but the order is from China. So for sure you will find same quality and cheaper.

Warehouse location depends on the product, but quality never does.

Custom order that took over two months to arrive. We contacted customer service several times. Sometimes they answered, sometimes they didn’t. When the order finally arrived it was wrong. We are so over this company. We Will Not Order From Them Again.

Hi Gary, We didn’t receive any complaint about the product being wrong — could you please clarify what exactly was incorrect? Custom orders naturally take longer, especially during production peaks. In your case, the order was already in production when you requested to cancel it, which unfortunately can’t be undone. We always do our best to communicate updates, but once a custom piece is in process, we’re fully committed to completing it.
