Hi, James. We understand how frustrating this situation has been. As previously mentioned via email we´ve been working and checking your case with our Certified Mechanic with years of experience to guarantee your case, based on the details and pictures provided, the timing belt shows wear and damage that appears consistent with incorrect timing belt and tensioner installation, likely due to the tensioner being overtightened so this is not related to the water pump itself. As our warranty policy states and is available in the FAQ section of our website, warranty coverage does not include labor costs, other damaged vehicle components, or, in this case, issues caused by improper or faulty installation. We imagine how important your vehicle is, and as we are always willing to help, you can continue working with us through email so we can assist you further.

Hi Aaron, We are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience, we tried to call you to do the propper follow up on your case already solved as from this order the only part affected was the gasket of a water pump ordered, for the corresponding warranty, we could offer a return for a replacement or a return for a refund (of course with the corresponding prepaid label), but as you mentioned that you only wanted a partial refund for the gasket because you already purchased it locally, the refund was already processed for $20 on March 31, so the refund is reflected in your account now as requested. We are sorry if this resolution was not as you expected, as the refund did not match the value of the gasket you purchased ($25), partial refunds are based on the value of our products. For these and future scenarios, to avoid purchasing locally, it will be a pleasure for us to assist you with a return for a replacement so you can get the same parts in the quality that you deserve for the same value.
