I must express my dissatisfaction with the airline’s handling of my flight booking. My A-leg seat was inadvertently switched from Business First Class to Economy Class. Despite my request for a refund, PayLater Travel has refused to adjust the ticket amount.

Due to the storms that happened in Hawaii, I decided to cancel my trip there for September knowing that cleanup along with other unforeseen events could happen. I asked for a refund on flights that I started paying on and was told that I will not get a refund and would lose the money. The only way I would get a refund is if the airline itself cancelled the flight which wasn’t the point. I cancelled the trip because of the uncertainty of the safety of the island after the storms which they will not honor. I have used this company in the past with no problems of adjusting and refunding but this is different and not acceptable. I feel disappointed and upset now that I am out hundreds of dollars for a trip that I won’t be going to.

A seamless process. Paid out early, ticket arrived all.ist immediately. Was able to book seats etc on airline portal. Whilst a couple of hundred dearer than direct, a great way to buy tickets if bought early enough. Still cheaper than waiting till saved enough. Will use again.

I disliked that it doesn’t give the ability to pay extra when I wanted. My name was missed by ONE letter and I had to pay an extra to get it fixed even though I recognized the mistake right away. Overall I would use again if in a tight spot.
