This company has been nothing but a headache! My flight got cancelled and everything has been downhill since. I'm still waiting on a refund from April that they claim the funds have been released but my bank doesn't know anything. I had to ask them for reference numbers, I had to contact them multiple times and I now have to figure out where $1300 went! This is after waiting for hours for customer support..no exaggeration. This is my first and last time using this company. Never again!

Sorry for the long wait times, we looked into it and there were real delays on our end in responding, and we own that. This is the kind of feedback that pushes us to do better. On the refund, it was processed on April 25th, just in multiple amounts, which is likely why it's been hard to trace on your bank's side. We tried reaching out to explain this, and someone from our team will be in touch again soon to walk you through the details on that $1,300.
Reese was amazing at contacting us after our flight was canceled. She kept us updated with the rebooking. Excellent service!

We unexpectedly had a flight change. So original flight was Syd to NZ layover 7 hours then to Rarotonga. Then Qantas changed our flight to Syd to NZ layover 7 hours then back to BNE layover 3 hours then to Rarotonga. I know right!! Mind you I have 3 children so I didn’t want to drag my kids through that. So Amy was amazing in trying to get us a flight accommodating with our kids. We ended up getting a direct flight leaving a day early. Communication was spot on!! It took awhile but we got there in the end with the amazing news. Thank you so much Amy and the team!! I really appreciate everything you’ve done!! Would definitely recommend.

Paylater travel is the best, I will forever work with them. This is my second time using them, and everything has always been smooth. Easy to get in touch with them. They reply really fast, and incase you run into problems they will work with you, in order to keep flights. Customer service is beyond excellent

I was able to pay for my ticket in installments. Which was very convenient for me. If anyone is planning on traveling local or international, PLT is the way to go. You will not be disappointed.

I unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to a medical reason and the team I spoke to went above and beyond to help me during such a stressful situation get it all sorted. I spoke to a few team members but towards the end it was Keren who really helped me. You never had to wait days for a response, it was always the same day. When it is safe to travel again I will 100% be going through these guys because they were professional, helpful and understanding the whole way through.
