So sorry to hear this, going from a direct flight to connections is stressful enough, but with four kids in tow and now seats to sort across four separate flights, that's a real headache. And the mixed messages, being told it was the airline's change, while the airline says our end has the reservation blocked, that needs sorting out properly.
