I love love this option. When you live paycheck to paycheck, it is so nice to have this option so you can plan a trip. I appreciate you so much. Please don't ever close this business. It’s been a month and haven’t received my refund. Their communication is horrible, it takes days for them to respond to your email and it is so hard to get to them on the phone. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

I reached out and had a question about my eticket for my upcoming trip next weekend. I wanted to make sure the name wouldnt be an issue since the dash was missing because the last name is hyphenated. Ari my customer service rep was great and very kind and reassured me it wouldn’t be an issue and the airline removes any special characters.
