Customer Support person name was Kerwin. I had to request a payment extension because of my own fault on setting up payment dates. I had to do a little pleading but Kerwin came thru for me and my payment extension was granted. I understand they have a policy but also they can be flexible in the right situation (I was only asking for a two-day extension).

⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointed
I am extremely upset and disturbed by my experience with Pay Later Travel. As a first-time traveler planning to go out of the country, I paid $616.16 toward a trip that I ultimately was unable to take.
I contacted the company to cancel, expecting that since I did not travel or use the services, there would be a reasonable resolution. Instead, my card was still charged and the funds were kept. I understand companies have cancellation policies, but keeping $616.16 for a trip I never took is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I also filed a dispute regarding the charge, but unfortunately that did not resolve the situation either. I’m equally disappointed that my bank allowed the charge to stand despite the circumstances.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of Pay Later Travel. I will never use this company again and would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to carefully read every part of the cancellation and refund policy before providing payment information.
For me, losing $616.16 without ever taking the trip was an expensive and upsetting lesson. I expected much better customer service and a fairer resolution.

As a lay-by travel service, we purchase your ticket in full on your behalf at the time of booking, which is why completing the payment plan is expected even if travel plans change. We also noticed there were some challenges with payments along the way, which factored into this outcome.
