Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the responsive online chat and exceptionally helpful staff who patiently guide buyers step-by-step through difficult software installations and downloads. People consistently appreciate the extremely quick response times and highly efficient technical support when resolving any unexpected activation or download problems. However, some reviewers were not happy with activation keys occasionally showing errors or requiring extra phone authorization due to strict licensing limitations. Consumers additionally noted that certain software keys may trigger error messages, or that purchased licenses cannot be transferred easily to new computers without buying fresh copies.
