Customers frequently praise the massive selection of equipment, noting that it is very easy to find exactly what is needed for their games. However, some people mentioned that delivery times can be frustratingly slow depending on the chosen shipping method or carrier. Consumers occasionally noted that tracking updates fail to move or that packages arrive significantly later than expected for special occasions. A few reviewers also pointed out that better protective packaging during transit would help prevent minor damages to expensive items.
