What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the massive selection of equipment, noting that it is very easy to find exactly what is needed for their games. Buyers also highlight the competitive prices, excellent product trial programs, and solid overall quality of the gear. However, some people mentioned that delivery times can be frustratingly slow depending on the chosen shipping method or carrier. Consumers occasionally noted that tracking updates fail to move or that packages arrive significantly later than expected for special occasions. A few reviewers also pointed out that better protective packaging during transit would help prevent minor damages to expensive items.

The items were shipped quickly and well packaged. I received everything that I ordered. The prices are better than Amazon many times.
The glasses I ordered from Pickleball…
The glasses I ordered from Pickleball Central arrived as scheduled; however, I would have liked to have seen them arrive sooner, like when I order items from Amazon. As this is winter, I am playing Pickleball indoors at the Y on a reflective basketball court with lines for basketball and pickleball, which makes it more difficult to see the pickleball. The very first time I wore these yellow-tinted glasses from PickleballCentral . . . .WOW, what a difference being able to see the ball so much better. I feel my game stepped up tremendously, and I will always be wearing these glasses while playing indoors.

Had the color and size I needed. Simple to order and such a good selection of shoes and all pickleball stuff. Most important is the guarantee its quality product and that if you not satisfied the returns policy is great ! A gem of a online retailer !

It took a. Full two weeks from order to delivery- far too slow. I ordered on a Friday and the order wasn't fulfilled until the following Weds and then took until the following Friday for it to arrive. Free shipping? Sure. Fast - not so much

Requested review
Answers, selections very available. Good product but I was disappointed the paddle shipped directly from the manufacturer in a fairly flimsy padded envelope and had no information included regarding warranty and no cover. For such an expensive item it seems this would be a minimum addition for customer satisfaction.
