struggle to checkout on discounted items

Sometimes they will push a discounted item after your item is in the cart. Sometimes I want to take advantage of the discounted item, but when it tries to go through the discount will disappear, frustration sets in and I just skip the offer.

Item was on back order

Item was on back order with and anticipated date and it was available for shipping a few days earlier. The shipper had an issue so it was not delivered on the date they set which would have been perfect but I got it soon after and no harm. Item came in perfect condition. -

Lobster Pickleball Machine shipping issue

To be clear this is not a Pickleball Central issue, it's a Lobster issue. I ordered a Lobster Pickle Champion Ball Machine and was shipped a Lobster Pickleball Two Machine instead. I had to call Pickleball Central and tell them I got the wrong machine. Which they did get it right in the end. The second machine was not working or charging when I got it. I read through the Lobster trouble shooting manual and read I had to take off the front plate and see if any wires were disconnected. Which one was and then I got it to work. I feel this was a lot of hassle for one order. Again not a Pickleball Central issue, but a Lobster issue.

Easy fast service!

I didn't receive my grip tape along with my new paddle. When I called, a live person quickly answered the phone and shipped my missing grip. Appreciated the easy and fast service.

A $310 paddle arrived in a loose packet stuffed in my mailbox. I was lucky it wasn’t damaged. I was expecting a Joola paddle to be in a box padded for protection.

Uncaring customer service

I ordered a paddle used. I got an email saying that I was getting a great deal. It was at about half price.I was really excited so I ordered the paddle. After I place the order, somehow I got on your website and I found the same paddle brand new for about fifteen dollars less than a used one. I reached out to customer support.They said, too bad, so sad there's nothing they could do. When I got the paddle, it did not play the way I needed it to.It was too light for me. I reached out to customer support.They said, because it was a used paddle, it was non returnable. I totally understand that.However, I could have got a new paddle for less money.And I could have returned it. I spoke with your customer service people.A couple of times through email, everybody pretty set much said, so sad for you. I told them I was going back to amazon where I get amazing customer service. I will not buy from you guys again. Because I thought I was terribly wrong now. I have a paddle that doesn't play The Way I should. I paid more for it than I could have got in a new onefor and I could have returned. I have told everybody I know that place.Pick a ball about your poor customer service. I told the people I emailed, I was going to be doing this, and they could have cared less.

The net we purchased from Pickleball Central was reasonably priced and good quality material. The ease of order and the delivery time was exceptional. We love our new net. Easy set up and accurate to pickleball court size. Extremely pleased with our purchase.
