My hardrive crashed on my business computer. I had all my business files, photos, service manuals, .pdf documents...all of that gone. I was in complete disbelief cause my laptop was barely a year old. Didn't know what I was going to do next besides start all over new. After a quick Google search PITS Data Recovery came highly recommended. With their great reviews and ratings I gave them a call and after talking with Samuel I sent my hard drive to them to recover my data. They were able to recover everything that I needed! Great company to deal with if you are needing your data recovered. Highly recommend!
I was unable to retrieve my photos from an offline backup disk. I saw on the Net that PITS offered a recovery service. I sent them my disc and after a couple of weeks they managed to retrieve my photos. Very professional company.
Eric Morgan was very helpful in guiding me through the process of recovering my data. Very informative and attentive to my case. Helping me in anyway possible, which I truly appreciated!
PITS Data Recovery made it very easy and convenient for data recovery. Mr Eric Morgan understood my concerns and walked me through my options. He kept me posted with every update through out the process. Everything was handled professionally and on time. I appreciate their help in recovering my data on time. Than you Eric for all your help!!
Communication was great and it took no time to have a call verifying what was on the drive and what needed to be saved. They made the process pretty easy.
They did recover my data. What I did not like is their pricing and business model felt a bit untruthful. They ending up being very expensive and you have no choice but to continue to pay the increasing fees once you engage. They accept credit cards for the initial payment, but all other payments have to be direct transfers. I would not use them again.
Excellent service, delivered on time with 100% recovery of data! Thank you very much Eric Morgan, Ellen, Emma and the rest of the team at Pits Data Recovery!
1st Class Customer Service, accurate timeline on service delivery.
99% is not just a marketing hack. They deliver what they promise.
My case manager Eric was professional, knowledgable and helped me understand the process behind the service as well as how they arrive at the different price points.
I couldn't recommend this service more!
What made my experience great was Emma! Her professionalism and knowledge and explanation of the process made me feel confident that the data would be recoverable. And if it wasn’t, she assured me there would be no additional charges. Email updates and a phone conversation kept me informed up to the minute. The biggest asset was all correspondence being with the same representative throughout the entire process. And additionally helping me through the online process on the phone while I completed the initial application was tremendous. That to me was a huge plus. Kudos to PDR to be able to allow that to happen. I would recommend PDR to anyone who needs data recovery, and hopefully they get Emma as their agent!

When a hard drive fails it is a very stressful event and you need a reliable and trustworthy source to rectify the issue.
Also knowing where to go for this can be just as stressful . Thankfully Eric Morgan at PITS data recovery was able to help in a prompt, reliable and sympathetic manner.
I would certainly recommend them
I started out confused because the parameters of getting help for a defunct hard drive were complex and specific- but this service turned out to be amazing. The hard drive had really important interviews that I needed for a film, and it had been sitting broken in a drawer for 8 years when I finally reached out to PITT. I got them all back, beautiful and whole and fully functional for my edit. So grateful for this service!
Absolutely phenomenal service from PITS Data Recovery. From the frantic panic of realizing that I might have lost very important data in my external hard drive to making that life -saving call to Samuel and his team, to the seamless postal services of getting my hard drive to them; to being kept in the loop with every detail that was being employed to retrieve my data, to finally being given a brand new external hard drive, my entire experience with PITS Data Recovery was nothing short of being phenomenal.
Thank you Simon and the rest of your team.It was truly a worthwhile investment on my part . Will definitely be seeing you again for any future business!!!!!
