Rows of little beauty counters crowded inside busy department stores surrounded by mazes of packed parking lots…mega-mall monotony. This was not our definition of beauty. Processing time was several days before shipping. I emailed to ask about the status of my order, but there was no reply. Magically, the next day I received a shipping notice. I certainly didn’t expect an email within the hour that said my order was ready.
