I was unhappy with the operation of a washing machine I purchased previously. I took my concerns to customer support and the person I dealt with went out of her way to be sure that Plessers did not loose me as a customer and made sure I was totally satisfied with their fix for my problem. I’ve always dealt with local business’s and that’s one of the reasons I have dealt with Plessers for over 25 years.

We brought the model number of our existing wall unit A/C into the store. The sales rep matched the existing unit with the newer model. We paid and left. When the installer arrived, he asked if we purchased based on price or size. I replied, "size". The installer told us the new model is smaller and inferior in performance (Lexus versus Toyota), and that a better model with the same dimensions was available. I don't know why the sales rep didn't offer us that information and option. The new model was installed fine; installer did a very nice job. The new unit, unfortunately, is much louder and rattles. I feel as if the goal was to make a quick sale, with little regard for customer needs and desires.
